go really well with many dishes like Yen Tao Fu Noodle . or even Eating it Plain with Sweet sauce or fish sauce .

This is a Sweet and slight spicy but usually done sweet Noodle dishes .
with a mix of seafood in it like cuttlefish and fish ball as well as fish cake . i love the dry version without the soup . but some might find the soup one in their favour .
