This is a Sweet and slight spicy but usually done sweet Noodle dishes .
with a mix of seafood in it like cuttlefish and fish ball as well as fish cake . i love the dry version without the soup . but some might find the soup one in their favour .
A ruby pink sauce is added to thsi dish that give it the special name ” Yen Ta Fo ”
this sauce that is added is usally Sweet but some store choose to spice it up a little by adding chilli powder in it .
Choice of noodle .
While you can have the dish in any choice of noodle , it most commonly eaten with the Large Flat noodle call ” SEN YAI ”
